How to order ?

How soon do I need to pay once the order is placed ?

  • Register as a user, log in using your username and password. Under your profile you will be able to view activity under the “order history” sections.
How can I edit / cancel my order ?
  • Please note that we can only accept cancellations within 4 hours of the order time.

Every order and tracking details will be confirmed via Email
The delivery time depends on the destination which can be seen below
Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan and Pathum Thani (within 24 hours)
Provinces in city districts (within 24 hours)
Other areas (within 48-72 hours)
Remark: Delivery depends on the amount of orders on Promotion dates
  • Transportation & Warehouse closed on Sunday and public holidays
Sales Policies
  • Order and payment only accepted via official sales channel Nutriversumthailand.com. For official payment methods please refer to “How to Make Payment” Section.
  • Siam Nutri Pro Co., LTD will send 100% of the products in good condition.
  • For any complaints or issues with regards to product delivery or product quality please contact our customer service via email : customersupport@nutriversum.com Person in charge: Ms Onanong
  • Please ensure that when you proceed with your order you have already checked your product details, quantity and delivery details.

If any user is found to be purchasing products for resell or distribution, we will suspend and/or cancel your membership immediately.

Product Claim Policy

We service with our honesty, sincerely and send all new products.
Upon receiving your order please check your product by following
  • Please make sure that the order you received is correct. (Size, Flavor, Brand and Product Color) 
  • ​​Please check for any defective or damage on the product such as it being unpacked, torn, leaked or dented. 
  • ​Please check your order are all received completely
Product claim policy 

• Terms of claim


Order < 10,000 Baht = Within 60 days from received order

Order > 10,000 Baht = Within 90 days from received order

 

• Product quantity must be 75% of all.

 

• The product must be manufacturing defects or damaged in transit for claim to be valid.

In case of refund
  • If your product is out of stock and you don’t want to change as substitute products, we are willing to make a refund within 30days (Based from the company’s payment at the latest)
