How soon do I need to pay once the order is placed ?
- All orders must be paid within 24 hours. If payment is not made within 24 hours the order will automatically be cancelled”.

Product claim policy
• Terms of claim
Order < 10,000 Baht = Within 60 days from received order
Order > 10,000 Baht = Within 90 days from received order
• Product quantity must be 75% of all.
• The product must be manufacturing defects or damaged in transit for claim to be valid.
In case of refund
- If your product is out of stock and you don’t want to change as substitute products, we are willing to make a refund within 30days (Based from the company’s payment at the latest)
